Day 01:

Bhutan 7 days trip starts from here. Arrive NJP Station or Bagdogra – Phuentsholing Pick up from railway station or airport, drive to Phuentsholing (170 kms / 5 hrs, altitude of Phuentsholing 300mts), it is a thriving commercial centre on the northern edge of the Indian Plains. On arrival transfer to hotel, rest of the day free for leisure or explore local market by walk. Overnight at Phuentsholing.


Day 02:

Phuentsholing – Thimphu Post breakfast drive to Thimphu (175kms. / 5 hrs, altitude of Thimpu 2330mts), the capital city of Bhutan. On arrival transfer to hotel. Late afternoon visit Tashichhoe Dzong (Fortresss of Glorious Religion), explore the Thimpu town by walk. Overnight at Thimphu.


Day 03:

Bhutan 7 days trip becomes more interesting. Thimphu Post breakfast proceed to visit Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Statue), National Memorial Chorten (Monument) and Folk Heritage Museum. Afternoon visit Changangkha Lhakhang, Takin Preserve Centre, the national animal of Bhutan can be seen here. Return back to hotel, rest of the day is free for leisure or explore local market by walk. Overnight at Thimphu.


Day 04:

Thimphu – Paro Post breakfast drive to Paro (65 kms. / 2hrs, altitude of Paro 2200mts), on arrival at Paro proceed to visit Ta Dzong, Ringpung Dzong, kyichu Lhakhang later if time permits visit Drukgyel Dzong. Late afternoon transfer to the hotel, rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight at Paro.


Day 05:

Paro – Taktsang Monastery – ParoThe journey of Bhutan 7 days trip brings more surprises on the tour. Post breakfast proceed to visit Taktsang Monastery (also known as ‘Tigers Nest Monastery’), here one can enjoy trekking to go on top. This monastery is a prominent Himalayan Buddhist sacred site and the temple complex is located in the cliff-side of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan, altitude 3120mts (10300ft). A temple complex was first built in 1692, around the Taktsang Senge Samdup cave where Guru Padmasambhava is said to have meditated for Four Months in the 8th century. The monastery is located 10 kms to the north of Paro, on the right side of the Paro Chu ('chu' Bhutanese means ”river or water”). Return back to hotel. Overnight at Paro.


Day 06:

Paro – Phuentsholing Post breakfast drive to Phuentsholing (145kms / 5hrs). On arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.


Day 07:

Depart Phuentsholing – NJP station or Bagdogra Post breakfast drive to NJP railway station or Bagdogra airport for departure (170 kms / 5 hrs). And the journey of Bhutan 7 days trip comes to an end.
