India becomes one of the Fastest growing Business Travel markets: GBTA report
India’s high-value business travel is poised to exceed pre-Covid levels, with increasing competition as flights, hotel chains and other travel sectors fine-tune their strategies to better target this segment. According to the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), India is one of the fastest-growing markets for business travel spending. By the end of 2025, global business travel is projected to reach a record $1.57 trillion. In India, business travel spending is estimated at $38.3 billion, making it the eighth-largest travel market worldwide in 2024. GBTA also notes that India ranks as the fourth-largest market for business travel in the Asia-Pacific region.

Indonesia mandates use of New App for all Visitors Before Arrival
Attention travellers to Indonesia: A new digital platform—the All-Indonesia app—has been introduced to streamline and accelerate border entry procedures for all international arrivals. Currently the app has become mandatory at all international entry points in Indonesia from 1st October 2025.
Travellers can use the app to complete required entry declarations up to three days before arrival or upon landing. After submission, a QR code is generated, which must be presented to immigration officials at the border. The All-Indonesia app is free to use and available in multiple languages, including English.

Passport external cover page required for Dubai
Applying for a Dubai tourist visa in 2025 now comes with a new document requirement. As per the latest update from Dubai Immigration Authorities, all applicants must upload the passport external cover page when submitting an entry permit application. This rule is applicable to all nationalities and all types of Dubai visas, including new entry permits and correction applications. Air India & Air Astana offer more options
Air India, India’s leading global airline, and Air Astana, the flag carrier of Kazakhstan, have signed a new codeshare agreement to offer more flight options to travellers. The codeshare partnership covers Air Astana routes operated between Almaty and Delhi, and Almaty and Mumbai.
