Track Your Baggage with Apple Air Tag & Air India
You do not need to panic anymore as Air India will assist you to track your lost or delayed baggage with the help of your Apple Air Tag. Following are the steps:
a. Place the Apple Air Tag in your baggage.
b. For lost or delayed baggage, report to Air India’s Mishandled Baggage Counter at the arrival airport
c. Air India staff will guide you through the process of filing a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and obtain your PIR number.
d. Tap Share Item Location in the Find My App on the iPhone for lost baggage and follow the steps.
e. Submit the Share Item Location Link in Air India’s app by following these steps: Menu>>Customer Support Portal>>Baggage>>Lost and Found Check-in Baggage.
f. You will receive an acknowledgement email with a link to check baggage status. Air India team will use your AirTag location to track and recover your baggage within the airport premises.
g. Once your baggage is located, Air India’s customer Service Department will notify you.

Thailand issues new Entry Guidelines
A recent report is revealed from Thailand Tourism stating a key guideline for entering into the nation. Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within 3 days before arrival.
This new digital system makes immigration processing faster, easier, and more secure—no more paper forms! This will certainly make our Indian travellers happy looking for a Thailand trip in coming days.
