Inbound Travel to India Soars High since October
Recent report by The Hindu Business Line revealed that foreign tourists are preferring India more than any other Asian countries which resulted a handsome growth in inbound travel of India. "ICC World Cup, big festivals like Diwali and geopolitical turbulence in West Asia have influenced a steady growth in India travel", industry experts say. Data shows highest numbers have come from US, UK, Singapore, Australia and Netherlands.
India received 6.4 million foreign tourists between January-September, which is 84 per cent of arrivals of the first nine months of 2019. Karnataka coming up with a Tiger Safari zone
Reports have revealed that Karnataka is introducing a tiger safari zone shortly in the southernmost district of Chamarajanagar. The safari will take the visitors through dense jungles offering an opportunity to witness diverse wildlife and fascinating remnants of Stone Age structures.
